When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed between 1-3 business daysYou will receive an email with your shipping information once your item has been shipped. During the holidays, there may be a delay in shipping. If this occurs you will be notified through email directly and given your estimated delivery time frame. 

If you have placed a custom order your estimated shipping/delivery timeline will be provided within your invoice. 

🌿NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery may be delayed. Please check your USPS tracking information for expected delivery dates.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges, but I do want my customers to be happy with their purchase!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email within 7 business days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
